ORGANIC FARMHOUSE
Our production philosophy has always been defined by a commitment to quality, with full respect for the environment and the surrounding land. Since 2013, the wheat fields, olive groves, and vineyards that stretch across 12 hectares around the baglio have been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.
In our organic vegetable garden, we grow fruits and vegetables following seasonal cycles and use crop rotation techniques to allow the soil to regenerate continuously.
We preserve the environment
OUR MISSION
At the farm, we use photovoltaic and solar thermal systems to produce clean energy, thereby reducing our environmental impact. We optimize water resources by using a well to preserve this precious asset for our crops.
Our choices stem from an organic philosophy that reflects the daily work of our family and the values passed down by our ancestors, the guardians of the land. Our philosophy is rooted in love for our land and respect for nature. The favorable hill climate and sunny exposure have made this area excellent.
