Our production philosophy has always been defined by a commitment to quality, with full respect for the environment and the surrounding land. Since 2013, the wheat fields, olive groves, and vineyards that stretch across 12 hectares around the baglio have been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. Our choices reflect an organic philosophy that tells the story of the daily work carried out by our family and the values passed down to us by our grandparents — true guardians of the land. Our philosophy is rooted in love for our homeland and respect for nature, the only elements that allow us to harvest crops that are healthy, flavorful, and truly genuine.
